You can, with template literal syntax:

And bound your column as:
columns.Bound("ExecutionStartDateTime").Title("SummaryLine").Width("20%")
.ClientTemplate("#=someFuntion(ExecutionStartDateTime)#");
// you can even pass 'data' implicit template parameter and extract ExecutionStartDateTime from there
