I made a machine learning model and wish to train it using the cloud at a low price (Colab is not enough in my case). Is there any public database that shows the real-time instance pricing from all cloud providers (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP, Alibaba) so that I could train my model there?
I am especially interested in the second-hand instance pricing and spot instance pricing.
