decoding and decrypting a python script that you dont know the encryption type

I have a python script that is encoded. I think behind the encoding its encrypted, but I don't know the encrypting type. The script runs in this format:

import marshal,base64,zlib
exec(marshal.loads(zlib.decompress(base64.b16decode("789C5D9B3BAEE53972E6B34AADD6630...")

I want the encrypted part in the base64.b16decode() method to be decrypted because I want to see the python source and edit it for myself and add some features.

I tried to decode with base64.b16decode() and got this output:

b'xx9c]x9b;xaexe59rxe6xb3Jxadxd6cx...'

I want the main python source and get this output.
