intel - GPU passthrough issue, not finding IOMMU group

Question

As the title mentioned,

Already setting GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash intel_iommu=on iommu=pt pcie_acs_override=downstream" and reboot

Also made sure that Vt-d is enabled, DMAR-IR: Enabled IRQ remapping in x2apic mode

then

dmesg | grep IOMMU

get

DMAR-IR: IOAPIC id 2 under DRHD base  0xfed91000 IOMMU 0

and

find /sys/kernel/iommu_groups/ -type l

nothing shown
