hosting - How to create Host in .NetFramework 4.5

Question

We can able to use the below host code while using Microsoft.Extensions.Hosting Nuget but that NuGet package does not have support for .NetFramework 4.5 project. Could you share any ideas to how to achieve that in .NetFramework 4.5?

_host = Host.CreateDefaultBuilder(e.Args)
                    .ConfigureAppConfiguration(c =>
                    {
                        c.SetBasePath(appLocation);
                    })
                    .ConfigureServices(ConfigureServices)
                    .Build();
