geolocation - How can we get estimated time to reach a particular destination in android taking speed into account like FoodPanda

Question

I am making an app for my Final year Project that tells students who are at a particular stop how much time the bus will take to reach that stop. estimated time. If someone has used the food panda app it also tells you the estimated time(dynamic, time changes as the delivery boy moves towards you) to deliver your food. I know about directions API and Distance Matrix API but they won't do my job. It would be really helpful if anyone can guide me.
