networking - Servers Constantly Shutting Down on Windows 10

Question

I use Windows 10 as my daily OS. Along with this, I have a VNC server, PLEX server, and Windows SMB server active. These services stay active for ~10 minutes and then, if nobody is using any, will all go down simultaneously and are no longer accessible. This problem can be temporarily fixed by disconnecting and reconnecting to my wifi network. If somebody is using any of these servers to transfer files or watch media, I have never seen them go down. It is only when nobody uses them that they start to shutdown.

I have no clue what to even search for to start solving this problem, so if anyone has some general ideas of what may be causing this, I would like to hear it.
