Problem with '+' character in Zoho Sheet Integration with Zoho Forms

Question

I have a Zoho Form to collect blood group information, which is integrated with a Zoho Sheet. Generally, there are two types of blood groups X+, X-. This is implemented using a Dropdown menu. When a user selects the blood group X+, the corresponding entry in the Zoho Sheet only shows X and the '+' isn't displayed. This problem doesn't occur with X- type of blood group.

I have tried these things to remedy this but with no success:

1. Default dropdown settings.
2. Assigned values to each entry.
3. Tried making an entry called X+-, which only updates as X- in the corresponding Zoho Sheet.
