Adding a custom field to filter

Question

I added to products a check box custom filed with id made_in. I would like 1- when I click to Made in Lebanon in the menu to be able to go to https://lb.vodome.co/shop displaying all products with made_in=yes 2- also I would like to add this checkbox with the other filters on the shop page

I would appreciate your help. Thank you
