call stack and breakpoint problem in vs code while debugging

Question

I do not why but when ever I try to debug I get an error like this Unable to open 'Nikhith': Unable to read file 'c:UsersNikhith' (Error: Unable to resolve non-existing file 'c:UsersNikhith').
Debugger is not stopping at breakpoints even my call stack is not working properly
