ibm rational - BasicNFP_Types.h file missing in Rhapsody MARTE profile?

Question

I am using MARTE profile in IBM Rhapsody 9.0.1 to generate code for my model and then build it. However, when I try to build generated code, compilation fails because "BasicNFP_Types.h" file cannot be found anywhere. Is the packaged profile incomplete? How should I be using it in proper way to build my code? Do I need any third-party tool to get the generated code built? Thanks!
