dll - How to create a shape in the GNU GCC complier and do not use any libraries

Question

I am trying to make a shape like a rectangle or a triangle but i just don't know how without libraries like gdiplus. I am using the latest version of codeblocks with the GNU GCC complier. Please tell me how to make a shape using WM_PAINT.
