Git Bash asking password for 2 time while uploading a local repository to github

Question

When I am trying to upload a local repository to github ,it is asking me for password two times. For other users when they type git push -u origin it starts to upload on github but for me it takes time and a window pop-ups for asking username and password.

[this image opens and when i fills username and password my git bash shows Logon failed, use ctrl+c to cancel basic credential prompt.][1]

and another window pop ups [and this images asks for username again and such window open again for asking password and when i fills the password then my local repository pushes to github][2]

is there any solution to this problem so that i don't need to enter password again and again. and when use ssh url instead of https it shows something.. Permanently added the RSA host key ip address etc PLEASE HELP ME
