javascript - HTML img onLoad event not working without cache

Question

I was trying to get count of loaded images.

I saw onLoad event of img didn't working when i cleared cache with CTRL + F5.

Here is my code:

var loadedImages=0;

images.forEach((img) => {
   img.addEventListener("load",function(){
        loadedImages++;
        console.log("i am loaded");
   })
});

Output with cache: i am loaded (4 Times)

Output without cache: (Nothing)

(I am using Chrome 88.0.4324)
