range - How do I create a graph from a crosstab dataframe?

Question

Attached is my crosstab table. I want to create a scatter plot with the Salary as the x axis, age range as the y axis. The data itself is the total amount of people that make that amount of money within those age ranges. How do i plot this? can i even plot this? the Professional experience range are strings so i dont know how to put them in the axis...

I tried using

df.plot(kind = 'scatter', x , y) indicated the Salary and the Professional experience as x and y but i get an error (which makes sense i just dont know what to d)
