docker - Is there a way to provide a default project and token configuration for sonarqube from the first start?

I want to setup a Docker-based installation of SonarQube with a default project and token.

This guide describes how to setup a project and token from UI.

Is there a way to provide the above information from a file or environment variables, so that I do not need to access the UI for setting them?
