screencast - Screen cast from Windows/Android to linux device connected indirectly

I was recently thinking about establishing a receiver of Wi-Di (aka Miracast) from my SBC with linux (Armbian at the moment, but not really important imho). I'd like to use the functionality of Windows/Android to cast screen, which works for for majority of SmartTV's.

I've ran into projects lazycast or miraclecast, which both look like they solve the classical situation (sender with wifi -> receiver with wifi) pretty well.

But what about situation, where the sender and receiver are not connected directly, in a way they are both active with their Wi-Fi connections? I mean, what if my receiver doesn't even have Wi-Fi adapter, but is rather connected by physical cable to the router, where also the sender is connected, but this time through Wi-Fi?

Have anyone seen solution (even partial) or such a setup?

I'm not looking for ideas like "buy usb wifi adapter", unless you think threre is no other way.

Thank you in advance, I'll appreciate all relevant ideas or links.
