python - Unable to open database in google cloud

Question

I am trying to host my discord bot on google cloud Compute Engine and I am using sqlite database (the .db file is in the same directory with the main.py file) . It works fine when I start my bot but every other day I see my is offline and some errors in the console i.e. unable to open database.This is the error that I see
