How to find which application holds a global keyboard shortcut in Ubuntu and remove it?

I use the Shift+Alt+h shortcut quite often in VSCode, but it does not work any more. Even VSCode keys recording cannot detect this sequence: it stops at 'Shift+Alt'.

I think I installed an app that 'stole' this shortcut globally. I tried to uninstall (through Ubuntu Software) the one I thought was guilty, but it still does not work: maybe it is not this one, or maybe the shortcut config remains... I checked several times: this shortcut does not appear in Ubuntu Settings > Keyboard > Shortcuts.

So how can I identify where this shortcut is defined to remove it?

I am on Ubuntu 20.10.
