host - How to edit /usr/local/cpanel/Whostmgr/Accounts/Modify.pm line 941 in cpanel?

Question

I need to change my registered url (while signup on new shared host) in c-panel. When asked them,i go a reply that, need to edit :/usr/local/cpanel/Whostmgr/Accounts/Modify.pm line 941.

But ,i can find any access to this file,yet.and there is no any proper response from host too.

If there anyway i can find the location ??
