openwrt - curl 7.66 does not support https

Question

Everyone I just install curl on openwrt according to https://github.com/openwrt/openwrt/blob/openwrt-19.07/package/network/utils/curl

however after loading the new image, I found "curl --version" is below. Why 7.66 does not support https(curl 7.58 on my linux pc supports)??? or how can I enable it ? or I miss something during installation?
