r - analysing random effect model and plotting panel data random effect

I used the following code using package plm for a random effect panel data model:

reffects <- plm(efs~sps+fe+st+maj+exp+hw,data = data.p,
                model = "random", index = c("manager","time"))

How can I analyze the output of this model and plot it?
