directory - How to have one downloadable product pick a unique file from a folder?

Question

I've searched everywhere on the web and i haven't found an answer... I'd like to sell PDF/TXT files containing informations (usernames/passwords and links). I'll generate a lot of these files in advance. I'd like the customer to see only one product in the store, not hundreds of identical products with different logins. But when he buys one, the store would pick one file from a folder, send him on e-mail and remove it from the folder.

Can you help me?
