drupal - Convert .php file to twig file

Question

I am converting a PHP file in a theme template to twig file for a Drupal 8 project and I would like some help to convert the below line:

 <?php print
        theme('links__system_main_menu',
        array('links' => $main_menu,
        'attributes'=> array('id' => 'main-menu',
        'class' => array('links', 'inline', 'clearfix', 'main-menu')),
        'heading' => array('text' => t('Main menu'),'level' => 'h2','class' => array('element-invisible')))); ?>

This snippet belongs to region--menu.html.twig file in Drupal 7. I don't know the syntax to convert this line to twig structure. any help??
