gem5 - Getting invalid values in stat.txt while running garnet

Question

Our final year project is an architecture based research project and as part of it we need to work on gem5 simulator. To start with we did clone the gem5 repository as said in the gem5 website. We tried to run a garnet network but for any traffic pattern or injection rate we couldn't get values corresponding to flits in the stats.txt.
