containers - Is it possible to Enable TLS 1.2 in .Net 4.5 Framework after docker containerize?

Question

Actually we have legacy application running on windows 2008 and run on .net 4.5 framework, due to vulnerability of TLS1.1, we need to upgrade tls 1.2 but its not support 4.5.

if we containerized ,will app run on .net 4.5 but the server will be upgrade to use the latest tls version ,Is it possible ?
