labview - incorrect calculation of signal strength

Question

My question is related to the FFT Power Spectrum and PSD VI block. The output with a window (Hann et al.) And without a window (rectangle) is almost the same. The window should contribute attenuation to the max amplitude value. But after this VI the changes are not significant. Why are windows not fading in? Or do you have some kind of coefficient by which the amplitude is multiplied so that the values ??with and without a window are close?
