php - OpenSSL in apache have different path

Question

I have enabled my OpenSSL and configure it.

set OPENSSL_CONF=D:laragoninphpphp-7.4.11-Win32-vc15-x64extrassslopenssl.cnf

but on my Apache Php Info, it shows different path of opensssl.cnf

and also, those generated keys from the command line, I put it on the D:laragoninapachehttpd-2.4.35-win64-VC15in and create folder ssl.crt and ssl.key
