tensorflow pb file graph definition is complex

I am using tf 1.14 purpose on embedded device, and I have trouble with network analysis through using Netron. The problem is when some frozen model files(.pb) shows recognizable graph define however, some other models does not analyzeable even though they are similar models contains convolution layer and etc.
