How to change PAN number in azure account

Question

Created new account -> trying to buy resource -> Entered details including PAN. Now it is in credit card section, not able to open previous section where PAN is entered.

I want to change PAN number, entered personal PAN instead of Company.

Is there any option to update this PAN number.
