YADCF Server Side with Autocomplete

Question

I am implementing yadcf and have everything working great.

How would I go about implementing autocomplete on a column with server side loading? Do I have to load all possible column values up front like a normal select filter? Or do I provide a url to post back against when autocomplete fires?
