android - How to choose rfid card

Question

I have to create an Android app who allow to read (and possibly write) rfid card.

I have search and find that I need RFID card of 13.56Mhz (with the UID bloc writable)
but I only find card who works with MCT or other app

So, if I buy this card could I use it with my futur app ?
else have you a link to card I can use ?
