excel - Can't find project or library - XMLDOMNodeList

Question

I'm running Excel 16.45 on Mac and trying to run an old macro but I'm getting the error:

Can't find project or library

On the line:

   Dim oNodeList As IXMLDOMNodeList

Where can I find this library? Really don't want to reimplement the whole logic
