webserver - Does reducing javascript execution time able to help on reducing third party impact?

Question

My question might be silly but I would like to ask.There is a problem in my website,it shows :

Then I realised that all the problem stated in the third-party problem is similar to the problem in reducing javascript time.So I would like to ask if I solve the reducing javascript time,did it helps in solving the third-party issue too?
