replication - How does MySQL master in private network replicate to slave in public network?

Question

I have a MySQL node A in private network (with IP like 192.168.x.x), and another node B in public network (with public IP). Node A can send binlog to Node B but Node B is not able to fetch binlog from node A because A only has private IP. For this case, how to configure the 2 nodes so that any data change on node A can be replicated to node B? Thank you.
