typo3 - How can I integrate html design template?

I am currently working with TYPO3 10.4.12. I have an html design template that I want to include. I read in new documentation that the TEMPLATE object and also the FILE object in TYPO3 11 will be abolished. How can I integrate the html design template? I would also like to work with workOnSubparts. But this also seems out of date? Request sample code. Greetings, Strawk
