python - Conda error: The system cannot write to the specified device

Question

I have an error when I use conda. For example, when I tried to do this: conda create -n test python Conda created new environment, but wrote "The system cannot write to the specified device." Everything was normal yesterday.

I've tried to reinstall Anaconda, install others versions and install Miniconda.

My OS is Windows 7

What do I need to do?
