configuration - Can't connect when back to use the original mariadb config file

Question

Use Debian Linux 10.7 Install MariaDB 10.5 adjust the configuration files. Test the connection (96 Gig RAM) OK, try to get the required configuration file (64 Gig RAM) instead. It's can't connect. But after taking the original configuration file back can't connect. What has changed? and How to solving?
