encryption - How to convert encrypted python file by NXCrypt to exe

Question

Tried to convert to exe in Linux with PyInstaller with no success - utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xf3 in position 1: invalid continuation byte pyinstaller

I just ran in the console : Pyinstaller /Desktop/nx.py

Would really like your help on that I tried to search google for hours.
