python - Need to turn off dialogue box or make the update button clicked on excel while running a xlsxwriter script

Question

I'm trying to writing and reading a excel file using xlsxwriter. First I opened the file and did some operations and saved that, Next I had to open the another file which is linked to the previous file, that time a dialogue box appears with warning. Until I click update button script won't run. Is there any way to close all dialogue box's or any way to make the update button clicked.

A little bit of hint or any way would be very helpful. Thank you very much.
