datagrid - transform gridded data in python

Question

I have a file with a gridded data (coordinates; connectivity and hydraulic conductivities). this file gives me the following stochastic distribution for the hydraulic conductivities: enter image description here and I want to flip horizontally this stochastic distribution. Is it possible to do that using Python?
