c# - How to convert non english letters to english in Azure OCR

Question

when i try to read to image on Azure (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/services/cognitive-services/computer-vision/#features) its reading to image and giving me good result. I mean only in English.

But when i run my tool on windows these spanish letters and other languages letters not able to convert to english language. Azure OCR reading as original language and showing me the result in original language.

There is have some windows issue. Because when i change this settings: https://prnt.sc/xgcqfa , then the result also changes.
