geolocation - GEO targeted video in Slider Revolution in Wordpress

Question

I have a Wordpress website with a Slider Revolution header on the home page. This slider plays a Vimeo video in the background.

I would like to use geo-targeting to show a different video according to the city you live in. For example:

• When a user visits the site from New York the header shows a video of Times Square
• When a user visits the site from San Francisco the header shows a video of the Golden Gate Bridge

How would you achieve this? Slider Revolution does not have geo targeting built in (or does it?).

Maybe Slider Revolution isn't the way to go, but the video should play in the background/behind layer somehow. There is content on top of it.
