git - Use project files on different devices

Question

Somewhat of a newbie question. I am working on a udemy course and I am progressing on my desktop device. What is the best way to use the code on my laptop? Let's say at day I work on desktop, but at nights I work on my laptop and I wanna use the same code and progress it.
