static - About Linking Header Files

Question

I created a standard "Command Line Tool" XCode project and two static library Xcode projects. My question is, with the "Command Line Tool" project, how do I go about referencing the header file in the library projects by simply doing #include <Score.h> rather than #include </usr/...>

It would be great if somebody could help. I have an assignment due on January 26th.
