Displaying Child Records of Child Records Netsuite

Question

I am trying to create a custom NetSuite Object with a hierarchy. I need to have a Parent Record (Webinar), a Child Record (Attendee), and a Child Record of that Child Record (Questionnaire Response).

One Webinar can have Many Attendees and One Attendee can have many Questionnaire Responses.

I need a way for users to be able to on the Parent Record enter in Attendees and on the same record select Attendees and enter in Questionnaire Responses.

Is there any way to accomplish this in one form?
