I am creating tickets using this.
While in most of the cases, the requester column is filled by request.requester.name or request.requester.email, but in some zendesk integrations requester details are filled with agent (one who gives oauth access).
request.requester.name
request.requester.email
Could someone please point out the possible reason for this issue?
