material design - Fatigue cycle in a free open source FEM simulation software?

Question

I am on a project for estimating fatigue life (cycle) of a material, steel and asphalt mixture for example. I am considering FEM simulations using FEniCS. While COMSOL has a robust and easy-to-use fatigue life module, I wondered if there are free open source softwares providing such fatigue life study.
