SQL Server Agent Job Properties Font Size

Question

Symbolic of my march to middle age, is there a way to increase the font size on the Job Properties window on SSMS (18.5.1)? Finding it a challenge these days - I have searched to no avail all through the fonts in the options menu and one unanswered question on here...
