augmented reality - Fake random effect for an animation sequence

Question

I want to make a fake random effect where can control the animation sequence for one frame to be shown more than the other one. Don't show that one frame that it's showing more than the other ones. For example, have a 21 frame sequence and I want one frame to be shown for example 0.5 seconds and the other 20 frames to be shown for 0.2 seconds each, and then show that one frame that was shown for 0.5 seconds again indefinitely.
